List contacts

Export your contacts with their tags (and each tag's expiry).

POST/api/v1/contacts

Create or update a contact

Import a contact from your system. Idempotent by email: if it exists, empty fields are enriched and tags are added. Use the Access protocol for external courses or memberships; this route remains for CRM, segmentation and earlier integrations.

expires_atISO 8601 | null

End date for tags in this request (ISO 8601). If omitted, existing dates are preserved and new product access tags use the product duration. null grants lifetime access. An explicit date updates the expiry.

A single contact with its tags.

DELETE/api/v1/contacts/{id}

Delete a contact

PERMANENTLY deletes the contact, with its notes and tags. Their conversations are NOT deleted. Built to sync removals from your system (GDPR, CRM cleanup).
