Talk to the clone

Send a message and get the clone's full reply as JSON (no streaming), with its structured actions: recommended product, link, video, offer to talk to a human. Same engine as the web and WhatsApp (knowledge, FAQs, catalogue). Each reply counts as 1 against your plan's monthly responses, and conversations show up in the panel under the "API" channel. It also respects the monthly limit configured for that clone (403 cap_reached) and stops automated repetition before generating a reply (429 automated_repetition).

Continues that thread (returned by a previous call). If sent, visitor fields are ignored.

YOUR stable id for the end user (recommended for systems). Each user keeps a rolling thread.

Identify the user by email (joins the widget's email-verified visitor, if any).

Which clone replies. Omit = your active clone.

true opens a fresh thread instead of continuing the latest one (e.g. a different ticket).
